Listings of properties for sale, rent / lease and wanted are free on the BriggLife Property Section.

In case you are wondering ... there is no "catch": BriggLife's goal is to encourage new people to move into the Brigg area - bringing with them new "life" to our town. In this difficult property market anything that helps properties shift has got to be worth trying! nb: both residential and commercial properties can be listed for free.

If an estate agent is handling the sale of your property, ask them to list the property here for you.

And that's it! Your property advert will appear with the next update of the BriggLife Property Section ASAP.

Once you have sold or let your property, send a short email to the Editor, to remove the advert. No fees, no fuss!

Estate agents

The BriggLife Property Section is also open to estate agents. Each estate agency may have one free property advert as a "taster" of the service. Just send through the details as described above.

If - as we expect - you find that the listing has generated interest in the property, the agency can then go ahead with advertising its properties which are for sale/rent in the Brigg travel-to-work area.
