Brigg man joins Red Arrows Circus
2010 jan 25 Brigg engineer Rob Wheeler will be spending this summer with the world famous Red Arrows as part of the ground crew (which is known as the "Circus") - reports echo-news.co.uk. As part of his duties he will be assisting the squadron leader, Graham Duff with his flight preparations. Rob who is orginally from Basildon in Essex, but now resides in Brigg with his fiancee Rebekah. He joined the RAF in 2004 and has seen service in Afghanistan, Lebanon, Northern Ireland and Morocco working with Chinook helicopters and later joining the Red Arrows in 2008. Links:
