Reunion: Our Ladies convent Manor House

I went to the above school. We are hoping to organise a reunion in Brigg next year 2011.

Subject: Manor House Convent & Joan Dodd

Hello.

I to went to the Manor House Convent and the idea of a reunion sounds good to me, only this week I hear one of our teachers Joan Dodd has passed away, she was a wonderful teacher I will always remember the poem "The forsaken Mermaid" she has left behind some wonderful memories, some great advents were held in the old Corn Exchange, Joan must have worked very hard it was something she loved to do.

A very grand lady, may she rest in peace.

I too attended Our Ladys Convent Brigg although Ann's name does not ring a bell to me. I was there 1954- 56. I would also be interested for a re-union and here from Ann.

I was delighted to see Susan Willey's name, I am disappointed not to have had a reply. I am all for a reunion which would be fantastic. I have not settled far away from Brigg only Market Rasen so if anyone else lives near by I would equally be delighted meet up for a chat.
