2012 may 22 Not a lot of people know that a pensioner can use their Concessionary travel pass on the local trains from the Brigg station. There is a reduction of 50% on return tickets from Brigg and one-third off single journeys. To qualify, your pass must display a train symbol and the journey start or finish in North Lincolnshire. People with two train symbols on their travel passes (blind, limbless, deaf, with severe learning difficulties or unable to walk more than 100m) can travel for free on these train journeys.
