What time does the livestock auction start?

Ed: Good question Jack. The animals are sold off first - so that are as little stressed as possible. This usually happens around 8:30-9:00. The exact time, however, is a case of "how long is a piece of string?" and depends on the time of year, the time taken to set out the stock etc.
