How to sell stuff at Stennets Market

Hi. I am interested in taking some poultry to sell at Stennets Market and wondered if you could tell me how I go about arranging this.

Easy peasy, Belinda. They sell pretty much anything at Stennets Market by auction. The market is held every Thursday in the Train Station Car Park, Brigg. If you are going to sell anything make sure that you get there early. There are usually some people around from 6am onwards - and the latest that you want to arrive is 9am. Livestock is sold first so it is probably best to get there before 8am. Make sure that the man / woman setting out the items for sale has taken down your name. That's it ...

To pick up your proceeds from the sale you will need to go to the caravan that is parked next to the main building around an hour after your items have been sold. Just after mid-day. For more details contact the organisers - PC and JM Hyland - on 01507 313 205 or 07931 401 361.
