Brigg Fair 2006

Opens 10 till 4pm.
Mayor Maureen Glossop to open (Penny Smith, last years mayor to steward in afternoon!)
We have: Dowses Funfair, large rides behind LIDL, small rides in market place, stage outside old Smith Parkinson premises, stalls in market place.
Entertainment:
- ATC static display
- Earthbound Misfits (Circus skills) performances and walkabouts
- A Bombay Dream (Indian style dance group)
- Dolphin Designs in Angel courtyard (children's free craft workshop)
- Ancholme River Jazz Band (on stage)
- DISCO/DJ who will act as compere (on stage all day)
- Prize Draw (prizes to include: TV, bike, hampers, meals for 2, beauty vouchers)
- Children's Pet Show (Millennium Green in afternoon)
- Fancy Dress Competition
- Bug Hunt (before Fair day in local shop windows, winner announced on day)
- Connexions Youth Bus
- Cheerdancers...
WE STILL REALLY NEED STEWARDS, RUNNERS etc etc and MORE BUGSS members!
PLEASE, PLEASE COULD YOU PUT THIS INFO ONTO THE WEBSITE TO TRY TO ENCOURAGE LOCALS TO HELP OUT FOR AN HOUR OR SO BEFORE/ON? AFTER THE FAIR?
