- Tue. 18th. Titanic - a tale of two journeys - BASH meeting - This is the first of our annual presentations of significant historical events.
Robert Goldsmith from West Sussex won a trip down to the wreck of the RMS Titanic after entering a competition with Sky's History Channel. He dived on July 12th 2005 and filmed his time down there. He has agreed to come and share his experience with BASH members.
It is the nearest date to the 94th anniversary of the sinking; it was on the 14th of April 1912 that RMS Titanic sank.
Tickets go on sale at the February 7th and March 7th BASH meetings. There shall be only 100 tickets for sale at £4.50 each (including buffet). No admission on the night without tickets!. - 8pm, Ancholme Inn, Brigg. 01652 650138
