Brigg Horse FairTravellers arriveFriday, 30 July 2004 ![]() Station yard After a blisteringly hot day, the first travellers have begun to arrive in anticipation of the Brigg Horse Fair. Around 20 families have arrived (by Friday evening). The field behind the council offices - formerly parkland of the nunnery - has been trimmed and is being used for extra camping space. A track has been laid alongside the railway line to let the travellers trot their ponies safely. |
