Ed: Thanks, William! The sun has finally made a re-appearance here now that it is new Year, but I had suspected that it had emigrated after it hadn't made an appearance through the murk for the best part of a month!

MBE award goes to former Brigg mayor

The former Brigg Mayor Adele Tasker has been awarded the MBE in the New Year's honours list. Her services to the North Lincolnshire community and her work as President of the Humberside Chinese Association has been honoured.
