Brigg Life frontpage 17 July 2005
Two upSmith Parkinsons on the Market place has been closed for over a year now, but eagle eyed Brigg-ands have noticed that it has still got some residents. High up, under the eaves is a two-up nest of swallows. It has been a bad year for swifts and martins but the swallows are breeding successfully on the market place. The hot summer days have brought other wildlife into the market place, including wagtails and giant green & black dragon flies. |
