Business bought

Local Brigg business, Coex, which produces CCTV systems for use in hazardous locations has been bought out by Quadnetics which is based in Warwickshire.

Also bought was Coex's parent company, Protec which is based in Watford and produces security systems for the MOD and BP.

Quadnetics fits surveillance systems in public places and buildings - such as prisons and other government facilities as well as city centres - and has helped in the hunt for terrorists who struck London in July.
