Office merger

Brigg Office Supplies (BOS) is merging its two retail outlets into one combined premises. BOS Arts and Crafts has moved into the shop unit once occupied by Encore fashion - which is next door to the main office supplies shop.

BOS has been trading in Brigg for over 12 years when it was part of Teasdales. The move will improve the service offered as well as offering new services such as the design of bespoke invitations.

When asked if an opening event was planned, Jenny replied saying they were too busy: "We've got our noses to the grindstone and we're getting on with it as usual". BOS is at 2/4 Chapel Court and can be contacted on 01652 650 277.

Lady birds
Ladybirds

We're now into the tenth month and the first chills of autumn have arrived. There's a nip in the clear, fresh air: the first signs of winter coming. Even though we haven't had a frost yet, the trees in the Carer's Centre have coloured up and the ladybirds (right) are now looking for places to hibernate - here in artichoke flowers.
