BeekeepingThe North Lincolnshire Beekeeping Association is wishing to promote beekeeping within the county and to increase the membership of our association. With this in mind we will be holding the following events at the association apiary at Normanby shortly. Although the events are based at Nornamby Hall and not Brigg we are a county association and would welcome interest from Brigg residents, in short we are trying to reach as many people county wide as possible. |
Remembering the past ...![]() The Brigg 'Monument' Most people in Brigg know the name 'The monument' and 'The monument roundabout' well enough - but how many people have actually taken a proper look at it? It is a remarkable structure built in more confident times and sits on a distinctly oval roundabout; the shape of which you can only appreciate by being on the roundabout itself. |
