businessman Tony Dancer (right)

Saturday, 23 April 2005

The sitting MP for Brigg and Goole is seen here in a sunny Brigg Market Place talking to local businessman Tony Dancer. Mr Dancer raised concerns about the lack of parking places caused by the siting of Dowse's funfair on the main carpark during the very busy Farmers Market, which caused many people to turn away from shopping in Brigg.

Mr Cawsey was in Brigg highlighting the low mortgage interest rates under Labour compared to the previous Conservative administration. Economic stability and the independence of the Bank of England were cited as the main reasons for these low rates.
