Paranormal events?

Hello, may I introduce myself,
I belong to a local paranormal investigations team, we have been on a few investigations and would like to do more "local" sites.

Previous investigations

Below are the reports of some of the investigations we have done in Lincoln and York. We actually did two programs for York TV.

The first one was at a public house called The Sun Inn in Lincoln. With this being the very first investigation we had done together not a lot was found there were a few orbs picked up on digital cameras but that does not mean to say we picked up spirit. There are many reasons for orbs appearing dust flies etc.

The very first thing we do upon arrival at the locations is to interview the clients as to what activities have been noticed. ( We always ask them not to tell us any of the history ).Then baseline tests, these consist of dowsing with a crystal also rods, walking around with an EMF meter to see if there are any fluctuations in the magnetic field. Temperatures are taken and pictures with digital cameras. Draw a floor plan and note any reactions by investigators. We discuss where we are to put trigger objects (cross on white paper drawn around or marbles in talcum powder) these are then "Locked" off so that no-one disturbs them. A seance is usually held too as is a walk round to see what the medium and other sensitives pick up.

The second investigation proved more eventful as we had a spiritualist medium with us ( Healer ) she picked up many things.

This investigation 23/11/03 was at the Woodcocks in Lincoln a public house /restaurant. Healer pick up that there was a lady who visited many times and had a party trick of throwing the owners papers around .She just loved to mess around like this and often did it for a laugh. The landlord found it annoying as the were important papers for orders etc for the pub. Also that there was a child spirit a girl (I picked up the song ring a ring a roses).

When we went outside I was drawn to the carpark where I felt very upset I did not understand this as no-one else felt it. Later found out that there had been a tragedy there of a man who gassed himself in his car.

As we walked across the front of the pub there is a very large tree, I sensed that it was a tree used for hangings way back (this was proved to be true) also as we walked to up the drive at the front to the road Healer could hear a horse and she wanted to march, I sensed the horse and a rider at same time. It turned out that during the first world war the army was based there, and indeed there were horses with the army.

We then went to brick outhouse at the back of the property, that had been used for a children's play area, in there I sensed that someone had hanged themselves (this was true) Healer felt same too.

While in the seance later Healer got the lady through who had thrown the papers and gave the name (which has been confirmed) she was doing this only to attract attention to herself as she wanted to be acknowledged.
