House price changes 2006 in Lincolnshire

2007Jan06 - According to a report in the Lincoln Echo (2006dec28) house prices in Lincolnshire rose by just 0.7%. Although prices rose in the county this was a lot lower than in London (+12%). The national average price rise was 5.7%. No explanation for the low house price growth in Lincolnshire was given.

Predictions for 2007 were stated as a rise of 5-7% with Lincolnshire once again lagging a long way behind. This low rise will make Lincolnshire even more affordable for newcomers to move into the area.
