Derelict Factory

Any one know what might be happening about the derelict factory site opposite the river to Lidls? I would have said that it's proximity to the town centre would make this a prime site for luxury river-side flats. I can't believe no developer has stepped in as far as I know.

On a similar theme, full marks to Barratts and their architects on the river-side development they are currently undertaking near the site of the old Yarborough Oil Mill.

Ed: Do you agree with Paul's idea of building luxury flats alongside the river? Also - how about the unused upper-storeys of the shops on the Market Place? Are there any developers out there interested in "building-up" Brigg?
